Ingredients
matta rice-3/4 cup
jaggerry-2
small banana
ghee
cashew and kismis
coconut-1 cup
cardamom powder
Preparation
Heat a pan, add rice, roast it well, then transfer it to a plate, once it cooled down, grind it into fine powder. Add the rice powder to a bowl, add coconut and banana, mix it well, then add cardamom and melted jaggerry, add roasted cashew and kismis, knead it well, then set it in a mould, after 10 minutes demould it and cut it into desired shape.
