Yam – a medium piece

turmeric-1/4 tsp
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
chilly flakes-1/4 tsp
curry leaves
mustard-1 tsp
grated coconut-2 tbsp
Preparation
Take finely chopped yam in a bowl, add salt, turmeric , pepper powder, and chilly flakes , mix it well. Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and mustard, let it pop well, then add marinated yam, combine well, then cook it in low flame. Add coconut into it, mix well, then turn off flame.
