sugar-1/4 cup
water-3/4 cup
cashews, almonds and raisins
Preparation
Remove sides of bread and cut it into 4 pieces. Heat oil in a pan, deep fry bread pieces , then set aside. Melt sugar with water, then add bread slices, cook it well, mash bread slices well, cook until it become thick, add ghee, combine well, roast badam, cashew and raisins in oil, then add to halwa, after mixing well serve it.
