Wash rice thoroughly, then keep it in a strainer for 10-15 minutes. Heat a pan, add rice dry roast it Until it become golden brown color, then Grind it into fine powder, then transfer it to a bowl, add coconut and jaggerry powder, mix well, add ghee, combine all, then make small balls.
