Ingredients
rice flour-1 cup
cardamom-2
ghee-1/4 tsp
salt-1 pinch
sugar-1/2 cup
coconut milk-1 1/2 cup
cashew nuts
Preparation
Take a bowl, add all ingredients, mix well, then transfer it to a mixie jar, blend it well. Boil water in a idli pot, put plate after applying oil, then pour the batter, then add cashews above, then cover the lid, steam it for 20 minutes, then remove it from plate and cut it.
