Ingredients
green peas-3/4 cup
potato-1
onion-2
green chilly-3
ginger-3 piece
garlic-3
cloves-4
cinnamon
pepper
fennel
coconut-1/2 cup
cashew nut-8
turmeric-1/4 tsp
coriander powder-2 tsp
Preparation
Add soaked green peas to a pressure cooker, then add green chilly,onion, salt and water, then cook it for 5 whistle. Crush spices with green chilly and ginger and keep aside, grind coconut with fennel, pepper, cashew nut, and water and make a paste. Heat oil in a pan, add crushed masala, onion and curry leaves, saute it well, now add masala powders, mix it until the raw smell gone, pour a little water, then add potato, cook it well, next add coconut paste and water, mix it well, cook it for 2 minutes, next add green peas, mix well, add salt, let it boil, then turn off flame. Finally, season the curry with mustard, dry chilly and curry leaves.
