garlic, ginger, cloves and green pepper

turmeric-1/4 tsp
chilly powder-1/2 tsp
coriander powder
garam masala powder
water
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger,garlic, cloves and pepper crushed, saute it well, next add onion, saute it until it become soft, next add chilly, then add turmeric, after mixing well, add salt and masala powders, mix all well, once the raw smell gone add water, then boil it until the masala become thick, finally add egg, coat with masala, then turn off flame.
