Ingredients
soya chunks-1 glass
boiling water
coconut oil
mustard-1 tsp
garlic-15
green chilly-2
curry leaves
onion-1
salt
turmeric-1/4 tsp
coriander powder-3 tbsp
chilly powder-1 1/2 tbsp
meat masala-1 1/2 tsp
potato-1
water
Preparation
Soak soy chunks in hot water. Heat oil in a pan, then add mustard, let it pop, then add garlic, green chilly and curry leaves, mix all well, next add onion, saute it well, next add salt and masala powders, mix it in low flame. Take soy chunks from water and squeeze out water then add to pan, add potato, then pour water, mix all and cook it well, once it become dry turn off flame.
