How to make easy Bread Pudding

this recipe is one that I have fine tuned to their taste. I have to double this recipe, and bake it in a 9×13 inch pan for my family! It’s great for breakfast or dessert and is delicious with milk poured on top! Enjoy

Ingredients 

White bread slices -10

Milk -1 1/2 cup

Sugar -10 tbsp

Salt -One pinch

Egg -1

Butter -50 gm

Vanilla essence -2 tsp

For Caramel

 Sugar -10 tbsp

Butter -20 gm

Directions

Step 1-Grind the bread to crumbs and keep aside Step

2-In a bowl add milk, egg, vanilla essence, butter and sugar. Mix well.

step3-Pour this mixture to crushed bread and mix well. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

Step 4-For making caramel, heat a pan in medium flame then add 10 tbsp sugar after 5 minutes sugar will melt and turning into light brown colour.

Step 5-Pour this caramal into the glass bowl and rotate immediately

Step 6-After 5 minutes pour the bread mixture in the glass bowl. Cover the glass bowl with aluminium foil and makes small holes on it.

Step 7-place the glass bowl in a steamer and steam for 35 minites

Step 8 -After 30 minutes switch off the flame and allow to cool then keep it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Easy and Yummy bread pudding is ready.
