Ingredients
boiled and smashed potato – 4
carrot – 1
onion – 1
garlic – 4
ginger – 1/2 inch
green chilli – 2
curry leaves
coconut oil – 2 tbsp
ghee – 1 tsp
mustard – 1 tsp
turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
salt as per taste
Preparation
Heat oil+ghee in a pan, add mustard, allow it to pop, then add ginger, garlic and chilly, saute it well, then add onion and cashews, saute until it become soft, now add carrot, after sauting 1 minute add turmeric and salt, mix it until the raw smell gone, now add mashed potato, combine all well, finally add some curry leaves then turn off flame. Now make masala dosa with this masala.
