Ingredients
Coconut oil-3 tbsp
fenugreek-1/4 tsp
green chilly-2
ginger garlic crushed-1 tbsp
garlic-5-8
shallots-10-12
turmeric-1 tsp
coriander-2 tbsp
red chilly powder-3 tbsp
fish masala-2 tsp
hing-1 pinch
fenugreek powder-1/4 tsp
water- glass
salt
pot tamarind
fish-1 kg
curry leaves
Preparation
Heat oil in a clay pot, add fenugreek, let it pop, then add ginger garlic crushed, then fry it, next add garlic and chilly, mix well, then add shallots chopped, saute all until the color become brown, now lower the flame and add masala powders, mix all, then pour water, after mixing well add tamarind and salt, let it boil well, then add fish, once it cooked enough, turn off flame and add curry leaves.
