Chapathi and Moong dal curry

Ingredients

Wheat flour – 2 Cup

Water – 1 Cup

Salt – 1 Tsp.

Coconut oil

Green gram – 1 Cup

Garlic

Grated coconut – 2 Cup

Green chilli – 4 to 5 nos.

Small onion – 4 nos.

Curry leaves

Preparation

Add wheat flour, water and salt to a mixie jar, then pulse it for 2-3 tomes , after that transfer it to a bowl, add a little flour above it, knead it, add oil, then knead it again, keep this dough aside.

Add green gram, garlic, and water to a pressure cooker, cook it well. Heat oil in a pan, add green chilly and shallots, saute it well, now add cooked green gram and second coconut milk and salt, boil it well, once it become thick add thick coconut milk, then heat it well, finally add some curry leaves, then turn off flame.

Take the dough and divide it into equal balls, flatten it, then apply oil above it, fold it two ties, again flatten it into thin layer, then cook it in tawa.
