Banana Breakfast

Ingredients

banana-3

jaggerry-3

dry ginger-1/2 tsp

cardamom -1/2 tsp

cumin powder-1/2 tsp

ghee

coconut-1/4 cup

Preparation

Melt jaggerry in a pan, then keep aside. Cook banana with water, then pour jaggerry juice, masala powders and coconut, combine well, once it become thick, turn off flame. Serve it with papad.
