Plum Cake

Ingredients

raisins

tutty fruity

orange peel

caramalised ginger

dates

sugar-1/2 cup

water-1 cup

sugar-3/4 cup

cinnamon-2

cloves and cardamom

sunflower oil-1/2 cup

egg-3

vanilla essance-1/2 tsp

maida-2 cup

baking powder-1 tsp

baking soda-1/2 tsp

badam sliced

salt-1/4 tsp

Preparation

Caramalise 1/2 cup sugar in a pan, then pour water into it, boil it until it melts completely, then add dry fruits , mix well, once the dry fruits absorb the water completely turn off flame. Grind sugar with whole spices, then sieve it to a bowl, add oil and egg to the bowl, mix well, add vanilla essence, then add maida,baking powder, and baking soda to a strainer, sieve it to the bowl, combine well, add dry fruit mix, salt and sliced badam, combine all, then transfer it to a cake mould, dont forget to put a butter paper in the bottom of the mould, garnish with some dry fruits, then bake it for 45-60 minutes.
