green grapes – 500 gram (seedless)
coconut oil – 1/4 cup
mustard seeds – 1 tsp
fenugreek seeds – 1/2 tsp
garlic – 1 cup
ginger – 3 tbsp
green chillies – 10-12
curry leaves
vinegar – 1/4 cup
salt
sugar
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add grapes after washing well, saute it for a minute, then keep this aside. Add mustard to the oil, let it pop well, then add garlic, saute until the raw smell gone, now add crushed ginger, mix well, next add green chilly, combine well, add curry leaves and salt, mix all together, now add grapes, cover it after mixing well, cook it for 2 minutes, then add sugar and vinegar, mix all well, once vinegar absorbs in grapes turn off flame.
