coriander leaves
mint leaves
garam masala powder

Preparation
Marinate chicken with salt, turmeric and chilly powder and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and washed rice, after roasting it well, add the rice to boiling water, add salt, then cook it well, after that drain the rice and keep aside.Heat oil in a pan, add chicken , then fry it , after that add oil and ghee in the same pan, add onion, saute it well, then add ginger , garlic and chilly paste, mix well, add salt, once it become mushy add tomato, combine all until it become soft, now add fried chicken, mix it well with masala, finally add coriander leaves and garam masala, mix well and turn off flame, add cooked rice above the masala, add carrot, coriander and mint leaves, fried onion and cashew kismis, cover the pot, put a weight and , dum it for 1 hour.
