Ingredients
wheat flour-3/4 cup
rice flour-2 tbsp
sugar-2-3 tbsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
water
banana-3
oil for frying
Preparation
Take a bowl, add wheat flour, rice flour, salt,sugar, turmeric and water, mix well, then make a thick batter, dip sliced banana in this batter, then fry it in hot oil.
