Ingredients
for dosa
raw rice-2 cup
coconut-1/2 cup
salt
sugar-1 tsp
water-3 cup
for chutney
coconut-1/2 cup
urad dal-1 tsp
green chilly
tamarind-1 piece
curry leaves
salt
oil
mustard-1/2 tsp
garlic
curry leaves
Preparation
Soak rice for 4 hrs, then grind it with coconut, salt , sugar and water, make fine paste, transfer the batter to a bowl, add more water and make a loose batter. Heat a pan, pour the batter, round the pan, then apply oil above it, cover the pan, then cook it for 2 minutes, then transfer it to a plate.
For chammanthi, grind coconut with chilly, urad dal, salt, water and tamarind, then season it with mustard, garlic and curry leaves.
