Ingredients

papad-100

raw rice- 1/2 kg

sesame seeds

salt

dry chilly-30

turmeric

hing

gram flour-200 gm

Preparation

Grind soaked rice with dry chilly , turmeric and water, then pour it to a bowl, add gram flour, salt, sesame and hing powder, mix well and make slightly loose batter. Take tiny holed papad, dip it in the dough, then fry it in hot oil, once it fried enough, take out from oil.
