turmeric-1/4 tsp

salt-1/4 tsp

baking soda-1 pinch

cardamom powder-1/4 tsp

Preparation

Take a bowl, add maida, dosa batter, sugar,turmeric, salt, baking soda, cardamom powder, mix well, then pour water, mix it again , then make thick batter. Slice banana. Heat oil for frying, take banana slices, dip in the batter, then add to hot oil, fry it well.
