Ingredients
White RIce – 2 cup
Coconut shredded – 8 table spoon
Sugar – 4 table spoon
Yeast – 1/4 tsp
Water – 1 1/4 cup
salt
Preparation
Soak rice for 4-8 hrs, then grind it with coconut, sugar, yeast and water, then make fine batter. Take a laddle of batter and add to a pan, add 1 cup water, mix well, then cook it until it become thick, then turn off flame. Grind the mix with batter and salt, then transfer the batter to a bowl, keep the batter aside for 8 hrs. Now make soft paalappam with this batter.
