Semolina dosa

Ingredients

semolina-1 cup

poha-1/2 cup

salt-3/4 tsp

curd-1/2 cup

water-3/4 cup+1/4 cup

green chilly-1/2

ginger

hing-1/4 tsp

shallots-3

curry leaves

baking soda-1 pinch

for chammanthi

coconut

shallots

green chilly

ginger

salt

water

Preparation

Take a mixie jar, add semolina, poha, water, salt, and curd, grind it well, then pour the batter to a bowl, add chopped vegetables, and hing powder, mix well then keep aside for 10 minutes, next add baking soda, after combine well make small dosas in tawa.

For chammanthi, grind all ingredients together in the list.
