Ingredients
ghee-2 tbsp
coconut pieces
sesame seeds
jaggerry-1 cup
water-1/2 cup
banana-3
sugar-2 tbsp
cardamom and cumin
rava-1/2 cup
wheat flour-1 cup
baking soda-1/4 tsp
Preparation
Heat ghee in a pan, add coconut pieces, roast it until it turns brown, now add sesame seeds, after 1 minute roasting turn off flame and keep this aside. In a mixie jar, add sugar, cumin and cardamom, grind it well, then add banana and a small quantity of jaggerry juice, blend it again, then pour it to a bowl, add semolina into it, mix well, next add wheat flour, mix well and make a thick batter, add roasted coconut and sesame seeds, then add baking soda, mix all together. Heat oil for frying, take a laddle full of oil from it, pour the batter into the laddle, and dip it in hot oil, once it separate from the laddle transfer it to oil, fry well , then set aside.
