Preparation

Grind cooked rice with water and make a thick paste, then transfer it to a bowl, add salt and rice flour, knead it well, add oil, mix well and make a soft dough. Take idiyappam maker, fill the dough, then press idiyappam to idli plate, add coconut, then steam it well.
