Ingredients
Basmati rice – 1 cup [ appox. 250 gm]
Boiled eggs- 4
Onion- 2
Ginger garlic paste – 1 1/2 tsp
Tomato- 1
Green chilli- 3
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Curd – 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 + 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tbsp
Whole spices – [ cardomom 3,Cloves 3, Cinnomon 1 piece, cumin seeds 1/4 tsp, sajeera 1/4 tsp,bay leaf,mace ]
Oil as required
Ghee -1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Water – 1 1/4 cup
for garnishing
Fried onion from 2 onions
Dried grapes
Choriander leaves
Mint leaves
Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to a stocked egg and leave it for a few minutes. In a pressure cooker add oil to the onion and raisins. Fill it with egg and put it on the egg for one to two minutes. Take it Add chopped ginger garlic paste and tomato to the ground until it becomes allergic. Add coconut powder, coriander leaves and mint leaf. And then turn to it Add the cup water and salt to it.
