Ingredients
idli batter-1 cup
wheat flour
onion-1
pepper -1/4 tsp
hing-1/4 tsp
ginger
green chilly-2
curry leaves
salt
baking soda-2 pinch
oil for frying
Preparation
Pour idli batter to a bowl, add wheat flour to adjust consistency, then add other ingredients one bye one, mix all. Heat oil in a pan, then make vadas and fry it in hot oil.
