Ingredients
sardine fish-1 kg
turmeric-1/4 tsp
chilly powder-1 1/2 tsp
salt
ginger
garlic
green chilly
coconut oil
fenugreek-1/4 tsp
mustard-1/2 tsp
curry leaves
chilly powder-6 tbsp
salt
hing-1/2 tsp
vinegar-1 cup
Preparation
Clean fish then put deep marks on it. Marinate fish with salt, turmeric and chilly powder. After 10 minutes fry it in coconut oil, after that add fenugreek and mustard to the oil, let it pop, next add crushed ginger , garlic and chilly, roast it well, add curry leaves too, mix all well, then turn off flame, now add masala powders, mix it well, then turn on flame , pour vinegar, let it boil, now add fish after removing thorns, then mix fish with masala, then turn off flame, once the heat is gone store this in a airtight container.
