Ingredients
Banana – 4
Wheat Flour – 1.1/2 Cup
Coconut – 1 Cup
Ghee
water- 1/4 cup+ 2 Tbsp
Jaggery – 250 gm
Preparation
Melt jaggerry with water , then keep aside. Heat ghee in a pan, add chopped banana, saute it well, add coconut, combine both, add cardamom powder, mix well, turn off flame . Grind banana chopped with jaggerry juice and make fine batter, pour this to a bowl, add coconut banana mix, and wheat flour, mix all, add more cardamom powder and ghee, combine well. Take a banana leaf , add a small quantity, fold it like triangle shape, finally steam it well.
