Lemon Pickle

Ingredients

lemon-3 big

salt

garlic-10

green chilly-10

ginger

sesame seeds-2 tbsp

mustard-1 tsp

fenugreek-1/2 tsp

curry leaves

vinegar-1/4 glass

sugar-2 tbsp

Preparation

Chop lemon into small pieces, add salt, mix it well and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, let it pop, then add fenugreek, roast it for a minute, next add ginger, garlic and green chilly chopped, add some curry leaves, saute all well, then add lemon, combine well, cover the pan and cook it for 5 minutes, now add vinegar and sugar, mix well, then turn off flame.
