Ingrdients
Egg 2
Maida 1 Cup
Sugar 1 Cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Ghee 1/2 Cup
Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp
Salt 2 pinch
Preparation
Apply oil on cake tin, add butter paper then keep aside. Take a bowl,break eggs, beat it well, then add sugar, beat it again until it become fluffy, then place the bowl above boiling water, then mix the egg sugar mix well after 2 minutes, take it from water and add vanilla essence, beat it again, then add maida through a strainer, then combine it well. Add milk to a pan, add ghee, then boil it well, pour it to maida mix , mix it well, then transfer the mix to cake tin, after tapping it , bake well.
