corn flour-2 tbsp

milk-1/3 cup
garlic-2
salt
pepper powder-1/4 tsp
vinegar-1/2 tsp
sugar-1/2 tsp
milk-1 tbsp
Preparation
Heat ghee in a pan, add corn flour, mix it well, then add milk in batches, mix well, once it become thick turn off flame and let it cool. Add the mix to a mixie jar, then add garlic, salt, vinegar, sugar and pepper, add a little milk, then blend it well, creamy mayonnaise is ready.
