Ingredients
flour – 1cup (250ml)
sugar -3/4cup
milk – 1/4cup
oil -1/4 cup
salt – pinch
lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
vanila essence – 1 tablespoon
cocoapowder -1/4 teaspoon
baking soda -1/4 teaspoon
baking powder – 1 teaspoon
red food colour – 1 teaspoon
Preparation
For butter milk, mix milk and lemon juice together and keep aside. Take maida in a bowl, add cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt, mix well, then sieve it at least 3 times. Beat egg white , add powdered sugar, continue beating, next add egg yolk, next add oil, red food color, vanilla essence and flour in batches, beat it well, next add butter milk, mix it well. Take a pressure cooker, add butter paper on bottom, brush oil, then pour batter, tap it well, then cover the cooker. Heat a bottom thick pan, place the cooker above it, then lower the flame, cook it about 40 minutes, then open the cooker and take cake.
