Ingredients
For marination
Chilly powder -1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds powder 1 tbsp
Garam Masala -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- half tsp
salt
Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
Lemon juice -2 lemon
Water
Oil -2 tsp
Egg-1
Corn flour -1 tbsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Oil -100 ml
Onion -3
Cashew and kismis
Tomato-2
Curry leaves, mint and coriander
Ginger garlic paste
Chicken stock

Preparation
Take a full chicken and foot Deep lines with a knief. Take a bowl, add masalas, ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice and a little water, marinate chicken with this masala. Heat a pressure cooker add oil then add marinated chicken, cover the cooker and cook for one whistle. Add egg and corn flour to the leftover masala and mix well, again marinate chicken with masala. Heat oil in a pan add the chicken fry it well, then set aside, add sliced onions into the pan saute it well, add ginger garlic paste and tomato, mix all together, add fried chicken into it then coat it well then turn off flame.
