Ingredients
Jaggerry – 1 1/2 cup
Water -1/2 cup
White sesame seeds
Banana -3
Coconut milk -1/2 cup
Cardamom powder -1/2 tsp
Crushed nuts
Ghee
Preparation
Melt jaggerry with water and keep aside. Grind banana with coconut milk. Heat ghee in a pan, add banana mix, stir it well, once it heat well pour jaggerry juice, mix together, and stir without stopping, add ghee occationly, continue mixing, once it become thick and non sticky add crushed nuts and cardamom, mix well. Take a container, apply oil, then spread sesame seeds and nuts, then add the halwa mix, level it with a spoon, allow it to cooled down, then cut it in desired shape.
