Chammanthi Kozhukkatta

Ingredients

rice flour-1 cup

hot water

salt

for chammanthi

coconut

tamarind

curry leaves

shallots-3-4

dry chilly-3

salt

kashmiri chilly powder

Preparation

Take rice flour in a bowl, add salt, then pour hot water, knead it well, and make a soft dough, add oil for softness, divide the dough into very small balls, then steam it well. Take a mixie jar, add ingredients for chammanthi, crush it then keep aside.Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, let it pop well, then add dry chilly and curry leaves, after mixing well add coconut mix, mix well until the raw smell gone, then add cooked kozhukkatta, mix all together, cover the pan and cook it in low flame for 2-3 minutes, then turn off flame.
