Ingredients
vinegar-1 tbsp
salt-1 tsp
green chilly-5
ginger garlic
curry leaves
coriander leaves
lemon juice
fennel seeds powder-1 tsp
chilly powder-2 tsp
biriyani masala-2 tsp
salt
turmeric
water
Preparation
Add salt and vinegar to a bowl, add chicken into it , mix it well. Grind green chilly,garlic,ginger, curry leaves and coriander, and add to a plate, add masala powders, salt and water, mix well, then marinate chicken with this masala, rest it for 1/2 hrs, then deep fry it.
