milk powder-2 tbsp

lukewarm water + 1/2 tsp yeast+ sugar 1 tsp

pepper powder

turmeric

onion-3

ginger garlic paste

turmeric-1/2 tsp

chilly powder-2 tsp

coriander powder-2 tsp

curry leaves

bread crumbs

oil for frying

Preparation

Cook chicken with salt,turmeric and pepper powder. Take maida in a bowl, add salt,milk powder, yeast mix and egg, mix well, knead it well and make a medium thick dough , keep this aside for 2 hrs. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and ginger garlic paste, saute it well, add salt and curry leaves then add masala powders, mix it well, next add chicken crushed, mix all well and turn off flame. Take the dough and divide it into equal parts, take one flatten it into long shape, add filling, roll it like chicken roll, then fold it, after that, dip it in egg mix, then coat bread crumbs, finally fry all in hot oil.
