Ingredients
sardine fish-1 kg
kashmiri chilly powder
turmeric
salt
tomato-1
curry leaves
green chilly-4
shallots-15
ginger garlic
tamarind
mustard
fenugreek
oil
salt
water
Preparation
Take cleaned fish add salt, turmeric and chilly powder, mix well and set aside. Heat oil in a clay pot, add mustard and fenugreek , let it pop, then add crushed garlic and ginger, mix well, wait until it roast, then add green chilly and curry leaves, mix it well , then add shallots and tomato, saute it well until tomato cooked well, then add turmeric, and chilly powder, mix it again, pour tamarind juice, add more water. Once it boil well add fish , cover the pan, cook it until it become thick.
