Ingredients
corn flour – 2 tbsp
egg white – 5
egg yolk – 5
sugar – 3/4 cup
Milk- 1/4 cup
oil – 1/4 cup
vanila essence – 2 tsp
Preparation
Take a bowl, put a strainer above it add maida,and corn flour , sieve it to bowl, then mix well.Take egg white in a bowl, beat it well until it become stiff, add vinegar, beat it again, next add sugar, beat it until it melts.Mix egg yolk and sugar, add vanila essence, mix again, next add milk and vegetable oil, mix again well, then add dry ingredients 2-3 batches, combine well, next add egg white mix, combine well with a spatula, then transfer the batter to a cake tin, after tapping it well, bake it for 45 minutes, spongy cake is ready.
