Ingredients
All purpose flour – 1 1/2 cup
Salt – to taste
Water – 3/4 cup
Onion – 3nos
Ginger garlic paste – 1 1/2 tsp
Green chilli – 1nos
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Chicken – 250 gm
Preparation
Add chicken to a pressure cooker, add salt,turmeric and water, then cook it for 1 whistle. After that crush the chicken.For masala, heat oil in a pan, add onion , saute it well, add salt, next add ginger garlic crushed, after mixing it add green chilly, once it saute well, add masala powders, combine all well, next add crushed chicken, mix it with masala, finally add some curry leaves and turn off flame.
Take a bowl,add maida then add salt, pour lukewarm water , knead it well and make soft dough, divide the dough into equal small balls, flatten each ball into thin small chapathi, add filling, then cover it with another chapathi, fold the edges like a flower shape, all set, now fry it in hot oil.
