Ingredients

elephant yam
ginger garlic crushed-1 tbsp
chilly powder-2 1/2 tbsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1/2 tsp
salt
chicken masala-1/2 tsp
vinegar-3 tbsp
red food color-1-2 drops
rice flour-3 tsp
curry leaves
oil
Preparation
Cut yam to thin long pieces, add masala powders,salt,ginger garlic paste, vinegar and red food color to a bowl, mix well, then add yam pieces, marinate it well, then keep aside for 1/2 hrs, then add rice flour coat well.Heat oil in a pan, fry yam in batches, finally fry some curry leaves and add above the yam fry.
