Preparation

Take maida in a bowl, add salt and cumin seeds, mix well, pour water, knead it well and make a soft dough, keep this aside for 1/2 hrs.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, saute it well, then add onion, mix it for a minute, then add green chilly and salt, saute it well.Now add turmeric, kashmiri chilly powder and garam masala, mix well again, then add boiled and mashed potato, mix with masala, finally add oregano, coriander, mint and lemon juice, then turn off flame.

Take the maida dough, divide it into equal balls, then flatten it like chapathi, cut one side, add filling, then fold it like roll, prepare whole dough like this, then fry it in hot oil.
