soaked raw rice powder-500 gm

sugar powder-150 gm

coconut milk-1 cup

Preparation

Beat eggs in a bowl, add powdered sugar, beat it again, then pour it to rice flour, pour coconut milk, mix it well, then make loose batter.Heat oil in a pan, heat the mould in oil, then take it and dip 3/4 part in batter, then add it to oil, once it become crispy, it will separate from mould, then fry it both sides, fry whole batter like this.
