Preparation
For cooking pumpkin, add pumpkin pieces to a pressure cooker, add turmeric,chilly powder,splitted chilly , water and salt, after closing the lid cook it for 2 whistle.Grind coconut with turmeric,cumin and salt, make a smooth paste, then add it to the cooked pumpkin, add tomato and curry leaves too, then mix it well, boil it again until it become thick. For seasoning, heat oil in a pan, add mustard, let it crack, then add dry chilly and curry leaves, mix all well then pour it to the curry.
