tamarind-350 gm

coconut oil-3 tbsp
jaggerry-400 gm
water-1/4 cup
sugar
Preparation
Soak tamarind for 1/2 hrs, then crush it with you hand then blend it in a mixie jar.Heat coconut oil in a pan, add jaggerry and water, melt it well, then add the pulp of tamarind, mix well, cook until it become thick and non sticky, then turn off flame.Once the heat is low make small balls out of the mix, coat all balls in sugar.
