Ingredients
asg gourd- 2 cup
green chilly-3-4
tomato-1
turmeric-1/2 tsp
salt
coconut-1/2 cup
shallots-2
garlic-1 clove
cumin-1/4 tsp
water
coconut oil
mustard
dry chilly-1
curry leaves
Preparation
In a clay pot, add ash gourd,tomato, green chilly,turmeric, water and salt, turn on stove and cook it well.Grind coconut with shallots,cumin,garlic and water, and make smooth paste, then add to curry, boil curry for a minute then turn off flame. Finally, for seasonig, heat coconut oil, then add mustard, splutter it well, then add dry chilly and curry leaves, after roasting it,pour to curry.
