Ingredients
Fish – 1 kg
Kashmiri chilli powder – 2 tablespoons
Turmeric powder – 1teaspoon
Pepper powder- 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
Thick coconut milk – 2 tablespoons
for masala
Chopped Curry leaves – few
Chopped garlic – 3 tablespoons
Chopped Ginger- 3 tablespoons
Chopped shallot – 1 cup
Kashmiri chilli powder- 1 tablespoon
Pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder- 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Coconut oil for frying
Preparation
Take a large plate, add chilly powder,turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice,pepper powder and thick coconut milk, mix well and make a paste, marinate fish with this masala and rest for 1 hour.
Take ingredients for making masala in a bowl, mix it tightly with your hand.
Heat oil in a pan, add fish pieces, once one side is fried enogh, flip to another, now add masala into it, fry well, then serve it in banana leaf.
