Ingredients
gram flour-2 cup
rice flour-2 tbsp
salt
turmeric-1/2 tsp
chicken masala-1/2 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
chilly powder-1/2 tsp
ginger garlic crushed-1/2+1/2 tsp
baking soda-1/4 tsp
finely chopped curry leaves and curry leaves
onion-1
Preparation
Take a bowl, add gram flour, rice flour , salt, masala powders, baking soda, chopped vegetables and pour water in batches, mix well and make a thick batter. Heat oil in a pan, take the dough with your fingers, and put small portions into it , then fry it well.
