Ingredients
dosa batter
coconut water
sugar-7 tbsp
baking soda-1/4 tsp
cardamom powder-1 tsp
Preparation
Take dosa batter, add fermented coconut water, sugar, cardamom powder and baking soda, mix all well, then keep aside for 3 hrs. Then boil water in idli pot, pour the batter in idli pot holes, then steam it well, finally decorate it with raisins.
