Ingredients
coconut oil
fenugreek seeds-1/4 tsp
mustard-3/4 tsp
mango ginger-1 cup
garlic-10
onion-1
papaya
turmeric-1/4 tsp
chilly powder-2 tsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
curry leaves
salt
tamarind juice
water
hing
jaggerry
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add fenugreek and mustard, let it pop well, next add chopped mango ginger, saute it well, next add garlic and onion, mix well and saute it for 2 minutes, then add papaya mix alland cook it for 5 minutes, then add masala powders, coat papaya with masala well, add tamarind juice and water, then add salt, boil it well, once it cooked enough add hing and jaggerry, after mixing well, turn off flame.
